About GCM

 

Started in 2017 by Alex Marlow, with a simple goal to make meals for an 8-week challenge at a local gym, soon turned into providing healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals for people in our Mount Gambier community who valued health but didn’t have the time (or resources) to cook for themselves.

Five years on, and we’ve opened our first store in, GCM HQ in Mount Gambier, our meals are stocked in some of the most loved food and wellness spots in South Australia and Victoria, and we deliver meals to our customers living in neighbouring towns across SA and western Victoria, on a weekly basis.

 At our Mount Gambier HQ, we’re serving up fresh meals, barista-made coffees, protein smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and the best jokes going around the Limestone Coast, six days a week. HQ is also home to our incredible kitchen, where our recipes are developed, created, and packaged.

 We’ve reinvented fast food, and want to bring our amazing meals to people all across Australia.
